Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for the Scheme
The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
The applicant must be a regular student enrolled in a university or degree college recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The applicant must hold a valid driving license or a learner’s permit.
If the number of submitted applications exceeds the available quota, selection will be made through e-balloting.
